State your name, your error, and what we should change.  We will call or email you a new confirmation of the change.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final; no refunds will be given.

If you registered incorrectly and need to adjust your order, call (888-503-3113), and we will make the changes for you.  If you call within 2 hours of the sale (sometimes longer, so always contact us), we can void the order, and no charges or penalties will apply.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation shall refer to appointments (class date) only.  If you need to cancel your class date, you will be entitled to reschedule for up to 60 days from the original class date.  (please see the Rescheduling Policy below.)

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

To reschedule, you must contact us at 888-503-3113,  718-441-0656 or 516-860-7381

We may not be available on Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

We do not charge rescheduling fees.  There is a convenience fee assessed on third and subsequent reschedules.

It’s understood that things change, and you may have an emergency.

We do ask that you contact us before the class date.  We will await your appearance if you do not contact us, which will delay class.  You may Reschedule a Maximum of Two (2) Times.

On the third and subsequent reschedule, you will have to pay a convenience fee of $25/reschedule.

We will reschedule you to another class in extreme weather conditions resulting in MTA or DOE suspensions.


LATENESS POLICY:

We only ask that you arrive at class on time.  Classrooms open 15 minutes before the start of the course.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed into the course.  You will have to reschedule your class,


NO-SHOW POLICY:

If you can not make it to your scheduled class, give us a call, contact us at 888-503-3113,  718-441-0656 or 516-860-7381

If you do not contact us, we will wait for your appearance, which will unnecessarily delay class.


CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK/DISPUTE:

If a charge is placed in dispute by you (or the cardholder if it is not your credit card) because you (or the cardholder) do not recognize/recall this charge, you will be responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original orders.


PRIVACY POLICY:

Your privacy is critical to us.  Any information we gather from you will only be used within GoACLS.  We do not store any credit card or payment information.  The only information stored will be your name, mailing/ billing address, phone number, and email.  Your information will never be sold to outside vendors.  Only our partners (e.g…….… Authorize.net, mail carriers, and the AHA) have access to your information to complete your transaction.


CLASSROOM POLICY:

Please make proper arrangements for the day to provide the best service and training to all our students.  Please remember that some of our courses can run for a full day.  Please schedule accordingly and make proper arrangements to be fair to other students and not cause any distractions.
